Made for everyday living. Backed for five years.
Maison Cateb stands behind the quality of our furniture. Eligible Maison Cateb pieces are protected by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date your order is delivered.
What’s Covered
For five years from the original delivery date, the warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of eligible furniture, including:
- Internal frames and structural components
- Structural joints and connections
- Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failure occurring during normal residential use
If a covered defect is confirmed, Maison Cateb may, at our discretion, provide replacement parts, repair the product, replace the affected item, or offer another appropriate resolution.
Upholstery, Cushions & Finishes
Furniture naturally changes with use. Normal softening, settling, or changes in appearance are not considered manufacturing defects.
Unless otherwise stated, the warranty does not cover normal changes such as fabric pilling, wrinkles, stretching, fading, cushion compression, foam softening, or natural variations in colour, grain, texture, or finish.
What’s Not Covered
The 5-Year Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, stains, spills, scratches, tears, or burns
- Damage caused by pets
- Improper assembly, installation, use, storage, or maintenance
- Damage occurring while moving or transporting the product after delivery
- Damage caused by exceeding stated weight limits
- Commercial, rental, hospitality, or other non-residential use
- Unauthorized alterations or repairs
- Exposure to excessive moisture, sunlight, heat, or unsuitable environmental conditions
- Natural variations inherent to wood, stone, fabric, and other materials
- Products purchased through unauthorized third parties
- Final-sale or excluded products where specifically stated
Who Is Covered
This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase from Maison Cateb is required for all warranty claims.
Making a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact:
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing both the affected area and the product as a whole.
Our team may request additional information to assess the claim.
Warranty Period
The warranty begins on the original delivery date and remains in effect for five years.
Any replacement product or component provided under warranty does not restart or extend the original five-year warranty period.
Our Commitment
Your furniture is meant to be used, enjoyed, and lived with. While everyday wear is natural, genuine manufacturing and structural defects should not be.
