Shipping & Delivery

At Maison Cateb, we believe the experience should feel considered from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives in your home. Because many of our pieces are larger furniture items, delivery timelines and methods may vary by product and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Processing times are separate from estimated transit times.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch, although larger furniture pieces, remote destinations, or high-demand items may require additional time.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Furniture & Oversized Delivery

Larger items such as sofas, beds, dining tables, and lounge furniture may ship through specialized or oversized carriers.

Depending on the item and destination:

Delivery may require an appointment.
The carrier may contact you by phone, text, or email before arrival.
Some deliveries may be made curbside or to the building entrance.
Additional assistance may be required to bring larger pieces inside your home.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, assembly and white-glove delivery are not included.

Multiple Packages

Some Maison Cateb pieces are shipped in more than one box. Packages belonging to the same order may travel separately and may arrive on different days.

If only part of your order arrives, this does not necessarily mean an item is missing. Additional tracking information may be provided for the remaining shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking becomes available, you’ll receive it by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been marked as shipped.

Delivery Addresses

Please review your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to update the shipping address.

Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting all packages when they arrive.

If the exterior packaging appears damaged, photograph the package before opening it. After unpacking, please inspect the product and retain the packaging until you have confirmed that everything arrived in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us promptly with:

Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos or video of the affected item
A brief description of the issue

This helps us work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Delays

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, occasional shipping delays can happen.

Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, remote-area delivery, or unusually high order volumes may extend delivery times.

Maison Cateb cannot guarantee an exact arrival date unless expressly stated.

Remote & Limited-Service Areas

Certain postal codes or remote locations may require additional transit time or shipping fees. If special delivery arrangements are required, we’ll contact you before proceeding whenever possible.

Duties & Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination and displayed at checkout where required.

For international orders, customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
